氨基磁珠
与生物分子偶联方法（戊二醛法）
l 磁珠表面氨基活化
将磁珠混匀后，取适量磁珠至离心管中，用20 mM pH 7.4 PBS缓冲液洗涤两次，磁吸弃上清。加入新配置的15%戊二醛溶液，混匀磁珠，于25℃避光反应1小时（反应时，保持磁珠悬浮）。
l 偶联生物分子
磁珠活化后，以20 mM pH 7.4 PBS缓冲液洗涤两次，磁吸去上清，加入适量的生物分子，用pH为8.0的缓冲液分散磁珠(必要时可加入0.05% Tween 20保持磁珠分散)，于25℃避光反应3小时或4℃避光反应过夜（注意：偶联时确保磁珠均匀悬浮）。
l 封闭
磁吸偶联后的磁珠，弃去上清，加入适量含有5% BSA的PBS缓冲液（20 mM, pH 7.4）重悬磁珠，25℃避光反应1小时，以封闭未反应的活性位点，之后以PBS缓冲液（20 mM, pH 7.4）分散磁珠，于4℃保存，必要时可加入0.02%叠氮钠***细菌生长。
6 注意事项
l 磁珠的密度较大，长时间静置容易下沉，因此使用前请充分摇匀，以便获得均一的磁珠悬浮液。
7 贮存条件与有效期
